Frankie has been an Automotive Trainer, Facilitator and training consultant  since 1996, having worked with most of the Automotive Manufactureres in the world. She works virtually and in-person with frontline staff and leadership personnel in both Fixed and Variable Ops on process, product, leadership skills and mindset, operations, finances, team-building, technology and marketing. She has been a full-time Certified Life and Leadership coach since 2019.
